ResPermitFeed operates on a principle of absolute data minimalization. We are a B2B infrastructure tool, engineered for throughput rather than telemetry.

• Authentication Data: We collect only necessary email addresses and securely hashed credentials to issue and manage API keys.
• Technical Logs: We temporarily log IP addresses, API request payloads, and response times exclusively for system debugging, latency monitoring, and rate-limit enforcement.

2. Data Sharing Limitations

We do not operate an advertising model or sell tracking data.

• Zero Third-Party Sharing: Your email, account metadata, and API usage patterns are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
• Zero External Tracking: We do not deploy Facebook Pixels, marketing analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. GDPR & CCPA Compliance Architecture

Despite operating in a B2B context within North America, our systems are compliant with GDPR and CCPA erasure requests.

• Right to be Forgotten: API keys and associated developer email addresses can be systematically purged via an email request.
• Log Rotation: Technical network logs are automatically destroyed after 14 days. No perpetual user activity archives are maintained.

4. Permitted Communication

We only utilize provided contact information for critical system communications.

• Scheduled downtime alerts.
• API deprecation or schema change warnings.
• Security advisories.
