1. Private Technical Preview

ResPermitFeed is currently in a Private Technical Preview. Access to our infrastructure, API endpoints, and associated data streams is strictly limited to authorized beta testers.

• Accounts are issued by invitation only.
• We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time without prior notice during the beta period.
• No SLA (Service Level Agreement) is guaranteed during this phase, though high uptime is targeted.

2. Data Usage Parameters

The municipal data provided through our normalized feed is intended exclusively for internal CRM integration and direct B2B lead routing.

• Permitted Use: Internal business logic, direct marketing to contractors, and lead scoring.
• Prohibited Use: Reselling raw payloads, building public-facing permit directories, or creating competing APIs.
• Rate limits must be strictly adhered to as defined in your provided API documentation.

3. Intellectual Property

Our extraction methodologies, normalization algorithms, and API infrastructure represent proprietary logic.

• The structure and schema of the JSON payloads delivered by ResPermitFeed are intellectual property.
• Users retain full ownership of their internal systems and how they action the data.
• ResPermitFeed does not claim ownership of public municipal records, but rather the curated and normalized pipeline delivery mechanism.

4. Liability Limitations

As a beta service, data delivered may contain anomalies or incomplete records dependent on municipal source states. We assume no liability for pipeline disruptions or downstream logic errors caused by malformed records.
